Content Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a person to join the Marketing & Communication Team who will become the reference point for content-related activities in the upcoming months, mastering the related hard skills and showing proactivity and organizational skills.

Upon input from the various stakeholders (internal and external ones), you will strategize, create, and spread content in different formats to raise product awareness, increase sales pipeline, and support customers.

Main activities and responsibilities

  • You will write SEO-optimized articles and whitepapers to increase interest in the company and product.
  • You will research for new content ideas, interviewing our colleagues and studying the market trends.
  • You will create and publish content in various formats (marketing emails, newsletters, articles, social media posts) to inform the audience and cross/up-sell the software.
  • You will develop and share product release communications.
  • You will create content to support the product sales cycle (Sales Enablers, such as sales pitches, sales decks, and product presentations).
  • Together with the team, you will develop social & email marketing campaigns to nurture leads or convert them.
  • You will collaborate and lead various Marketing & Communication initiatives from idea to execution to launch new features or services, working closely with the Sales and Product teams.
  • You will regularly update the corporate channels with new or revisited content (website, articles, white papers, presentations).

Must Have

  • SEO & Creative copywriting
  • Advanced Italian & English (C1).
  • Two years’ experience in a content marketing or copywriting role.
  • Independent and proactive: we expect you to gain confidence over time in proposing new activities and carrying them on autonomously.
  • Willing and happy to improve your skills, find new ideas or technology, and take on the responsibility of the content area (although you can always rely on the team’s support).

Nice to Have

  • Degree in Communications / Marketing
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Hubspot, and WordPress (limited to the editor/author features).

The work location is in Vicenza, at Simal Business Center (via Zamenhof), where you will find relaxation areas, a kitchen, and much more. The area is 200 mt from the Vicenza Est highway exit and offers many facilities, including a swimming pool, gym, bars, and restaurants.
