The Continuous Improvement Programme is designed to strengthen, standardise and improve the knowledge of KanbanBOX within the company, through the development of specific technical knowledge and skills, up to the advanced implementation of the software and the Kanban process.
The training programme that allows the company to enhance its knowledge and optimise the user experience by improving performance and reducing the need for support.
The Continuous Improvement Programme is divided into:
- A dedicated Go-live on site or remotely
- KanbanBOX certificates.
KanbanBOX Key User certificate
Aimed at the professional figure in charge of the implementation and management team of KanbanBOX.
This course provides a comprehensive overview of the software functionalities in order to gain a deeper understanding of the various tools and functionalities of KanbanBOX.
At the end of the Go-Live, a KanbanBOX Key User certificate will be issued for each of the participants.
KanbanBOX Group Leader certificate
Aimed at advanced users, team leaders and business managers. This course provides all the information and skills needed by a Group Leader in order to share their knowledge on the Kanban and KanbanBOX method with all plants.
The course is aimed at gaining the independence to implement KanbanBOX in future plants, together with the opportunity to deepen the strategic issues related to this Lean tool.
