KanbanBOX is available as a monthly subscription starting at €290 per plant for the base plan.
The subscription cost varies based on the features you choose and the volumes you manage, such as the number of material flows and closed orders. This model lets you align the cost of the software with your actual business needs and gradually expand your use of KanbanBOX.
The subscription includes unlimited users, software updates, maintenance, and technical support.
The price of a KanbanBOX subscription mainly depends on three factors:
- The plan you choose: Factory, to manage material flows within the plant, or Supply Chain, to extend management to suppliers and customers as well.
- The features you need: Professional, to digitize materials management without integrations or extra features, or Enterprise, to add advanced features and ERP integrations.
- The number of flows managed: the fee varies based on the number of active kanban loops and the volume of closed orders managed, organized in packages (e.g., up to 50 loops, 100, 250, … over 1,000)
KanbanBOX uses a scalable pricing model: as the volumes you manage increase, the unit cost of kanban loops progressively decreases.
A kanban loop is the cycle that governs the replenishment of a specific item from a given supplier to a customer or point of use.
In some cases, kanban management may involve multiple loops for the same item: for example, the same item can have a purchasing kanban loop to manage the supply flow from the external supplier to the internal warehouse, and a material handling kanban loop to manage its transfer from the warehouse to the assembly line.
KanbanBOX pricing is based on the number of kanban loops managed, not on the number of cards in each loop. For example, a loop with 2 cards counts the same as a loop with 100 cards.
The variable part of the subscription is organized in packages of kanban loops (for example 50, 100, up to more than 1,000 loops), with tiered unit pricing: the more loops you manage, the lower the cost per loop.
No, all KanbanBOX plans include unlimited users, with no extra fees for each new user who accesses the platform.
You can also configure different permission levels for each user, defining which information they can view and which features they can use or edit, based on their role and responsibilities in the company.
Yes, KanbanBOX is designed to support the gradual expansion of your kanban system. You can start by managing internal flows and later consider enabling additional features, ERP integrations, or collaboration processes with suppliers and customers, adjusting your subscription plan accordingly.

With Supply Chain plans, you can also connect as many suppliers and customers as you like to your KanbanBOX license, and their number won’t affect your subscription cost. Whether you connect 1 or 100 business partners, there are no additional fees for connecting them.
No, onboarding is a dedicated electronic kanban implementation service that complements the software subscription. Activities and related costs are defined based on the needs of the project.
ERP integration features are available in the Enterprise plans, starting at €440 per month per plant. The cost of any implementation or customization of the integration is assessed based on your company’s needs and IT systems.
Yes. KanbanBOX can be used in a single plant as well as in companies with multiple production sites, even in different countries. The subscription model is priced per plant; for multi-plant projects, you can request a custom quote.
